Class Policies
Before we get to the classes, please read
the following...
- Full class fee is required to hold your spot in
the class.
- Supplies should be purchased at our shop. Students
receive a 10% discount on class supplies. Exception to this discount
is “supplies only” classes. .
- Materials for the classes are not included in the
class fee unless specified in the schedule. All supplies
are subject to sales tax.
- Class fees are non-refundable unless class is cancelled
one week prior to class (see the new rule at the bottom.)
- No young children in adult classes.
- Please pay in advance of the class day and receive
the supply sheet so you can make the necessary preparations prior
to the class.
New! We now require a one-week notice
of cancellation for a class unless a dire emergency such as hospitalization
or death in the family occurs. We have already ordered supplies,
the teacher has made the commitment to teach and we need you, the
student, to firm up your decision in time for us to notify everyone
who has signed up for the class to have time to buy supplies.
Two days in some cases is not enough notice for a student to gather
his/her supplies. Thank you for this cooperation for better
classes.
